We specialize in GenAI applications which range from agentic systems, AI workflows, chatbots, media creation and analysis. In the first 6 months of IDEON, we worked with numerous companies to build solutions in these spaces. This helped us get a pulse of the industry and the problems that companies are facing.

Software/AI Engineer (Remote)

What you'll do:
- • Build and scale AI-powered applications using modern tech stack
- • Develop RAG systems, chatbots, and intelligent automation workflows
- • Work directly with founders to understand and solve complex problems
- • Collaborate on research and prototype development
What we're looking for:
- • Experience in Python & TypeScript
- • Passionate builder, self-starter, and a quick learner
- • Experience with numerous projects building AI applications
- • Uses AI effectively at work. Full stack experience is a big plus.
